Responsibility | Independence | Self-Empowerment
Sipi Asset Recovery recognizes that over 25% of Americans have a disability, and the disabled community is a labor pool that should not be overlooked. We invest in programs designed to provide career opportunities to members of our communities with disabilities. Through partnerships with local agencies and the e-Steward ADANCE + program, career opportunities, training, and growth are a vital part of the commitment to being invested in our local communities. Sipi Asset Recovery sets hiring and retention objectives for those with disabilities and other identified groups, such as Veterans Path to Hope.
Our RISE Program is an outstanding example of our commitment to our employees and the community at large. Launched in 2018, this program is growing and proudly employs more than 15% of our Sipi AR workforce through disability inclusion and veteran employment opportunities.
