SIPI'S CERTIFICATIONS AND ATTESTATIONS

What does this mean for you?
Being an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory means our practices meet internationally recognized standards for technical competence and the ability to produce valid, repeatable test and calibration results. This gives our customers assurance that data generated from our labs is accurate, traceable, and based on rigorously controlled processes. It also means that our measurement methods are verified, equipment is calibrated regularly, and staff are technically qualified—all of which reduce uncertainty and risk for the customer when relying on our data.

ISO 9001:2015 ensures that we have a quality management system in place that emphasizes process consistency, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement. From a technical standpoint, this certification means we’ve established standard operating procedures, internal audits, corrective action tracking, and document control practices that support the reliability and repeatability of our outputs. Customers can expect reduced variability, timely communication of issues, and a consistent focus on meeting technical requirements.

ISO 14001:2015 relates to our environmental management system. Technically, this means we assess and control the environmental aspects of our operations—such as energy use, waste generation, and emissions—through documented processes and regular reviews. While this may not directly impact product or test quality, it demonstrates our compliance with environmental regulations and helps customers who need to manage supply chain sustainability or meet their own environmental commitments.
Collectively, these certifications show that our technical systems are well-governed, our data and processes are reliable, and we operate with an awareness of our environmental responsibilities.

Common Criteria (CC) is an international set of guidelines and specifications developed for evaluating information security products, specifically to ensure they meet an agreed-upon security standard for government deployments.
EAL6 permits developers to gain high assurance from the application of security engineering techniques to a rigorous development environment in order to produce a premium TOE for protecting high-value assets against significant risks. EAL6 is therefore applicable to the development of security TOEs for application in high-risk situations where the value of the protected assets justifies the additional costs.
